These terms are an agreement between you and Rohan Ahmad, the developer of Wuvly. By creating an account or using Wuvly, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Wuvly
You must be 18 or older.
You may have one account, with accurate information about yourself.
You must not use Wuvly if the law where you live does not allow it.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details and app lock PIN safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at creaeza7@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Pairing with your partner
Wuvly connects you with one partner at a time, using an invite code.
Only pair with someone who has agreed to pair with you.
Either partner can unpair at any time. Shared data is hidden at once and deleted after 30 days, unless you both re-pair.
4. Your content
You own the messages, photos, voice notes, sketches and other content you create in Wuvly. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run Wuvly for you and your partner. Only share content you have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
When you use Wuvly, you agree not to:
Harass, threaten, blackmail or harm anyone, including your partner.
Share content that is illegal, or that involves anyone under 18 in a sexual way. We report such content to the authorities.
Share someone's private images or information without their consent.
Pretend to be someone else, or create accounts for others without permission.
Send spam, malware or anything that disrupts Wuvly.
Copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its content, such as questions and games.
6. Wuvly Premium
Wuvly is free to download and use. Wuvly Premium unlocks extra features through a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through Google Play.
One Premium purchase covers both partners while they are paired. Premium stays with the partner who paid.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
Prices can change. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription.
Lifetime means for as long as Wuvly is offered.
7. Suspension and ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where possible, we will tell you why.
8. Not professional advice
Wuvly offers questions, games and repair prompts for fun and connection. It is not counseling, therapy or medical advice, and it is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.
9. Changes to Wuvly and these terms
We keep improving Wuvly, so features may change. We may update these terms; we will update the effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the app before they apply. Using Wuvly after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Wuvly is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running smoothly and securely, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Wuvly in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
