No — ad spend is always separate from our management fee and billed directly by the platform (Google, Meta, etc.) to your own credit card. This protects you (you own the account, the budget, and the data) and keeps our incentives aligned with performance, not with marking up your spend.
First clicks and conversions happen within 24-48 hours of launch. But the first 2-3 weeks are the learning phase — algorithms gather data, we test creative, and we identify what's working. Real efficiency gains compound from week 4 onwards, with most accounts hitting target ROAS by month 2-3.
We recommend at least $2,500/month in ad spend for Google Ads or Meta to get meaningful data. Below that, the platforms can't generate enough conversions to optimize against, and you're essentially paying for learning rather than results. For lower budgets, we'd often recommend SEO or organic social first.
Yes. Every plan includes ad creative production (static and video) by our in-house design team. Growth and Scale plans include ongoing creative testing batches — typically 10-30 new ad variations per month depending on tier. We can also work with your existing creative if you have a brand team.
You do. Always. We work inside accounts you own (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.) with manager-level access. If we ever part ways, you keep everything — campaigns, audiences, conversion data, learning. We never hold your ad infrastructure hostage.
ROAS, CPA, and revenue — every time. We set KPIs together during onboarding (target ROAS, max CPA, monthly conversion volume) and report against them transparently every month. Vanity metrics like impressions and clicks are reported as context, never as success.
No — and you should be skeptical of any agency that does. Performance depends on offer, market, competition, and seasonality — variables nobody can guarantee.
