General Questions

Creaeza is a full-service digital agency registered as a US LLC, serving clients across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. We cover the full digital marketing and technology stack — SEO, paid advertising, social media management, web development, app development, and graphic design — under one roof.

The core value we offer: instead of managing five separate agencies for five services, you get one senior team that understands how every channel compounds the others. Our SEO team talks to our content team. Our paid ads team talks to our CRO team. That integration is where real results come from.

Creaeza is registered as a US LLC. We primarily serve clients in the US, UK, and Australia — though we work with businesses globally. Our team operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.

We work with businesses ranging from funded startups and growing D2C brands to established SMBs and multi-location service companies. The common thread: clients who are serious about digital as a real growth channel, not a line item to tick off.

The fastest way is to fill in the contact form on our Contact page — it takes about 3 minutes and gives us everything we need to prepare a relevant response. Alternatively, email us directly at contact@creaeza.com or call +1 (214) 688-9678.

From there, we schedule a free 30-minute discovery call, review your goals, and send you a tailored proposal with a fixed scope and fixed price — usually within 48 hours.

Both. We work with solo founders launching their first digital presence, growing SMBs scaling into new markets, and established companies running multi-channel campaigns. What matters isn't company size — it's whether you're serious about the outcome.

We do have minimum project values to ensure we can deliver the quality our work requires, but we have service tiers designed for businesses at every growth stage.

Absolutely — single-service engagements are common and perfectly fine. Many clients start with just SEO or just a website build, then expand to other services once they've seen results. There's no requirement to bundle.

That said, if you're interested in multiple services, bundling them under one team genuinely produces better results because the channels inform each other — and is typically more cost-effective than hiring separate agencies.

We respond to all new inquiries within 24 hours on business days — usually much faster. Contact form submissions and emails submitted before 3 PM CST typically get a same-day response.

Existing clients with active projects have access to priority response channels and can reach their account manager directly via Slack or phone.

Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed project discussions, proposal sharing, or access to sensitive business information. We take client confidentiality seriously and standard NDAs are a routine part of our onboarding for clients who require them.

We have active experience across SaaS, e-commerce (Shopify and WooCommerce), professional services, legal, healthcare marketing, real estate, hospitality, home services, and B2B technology. Our US, UK, and AU focus means we understand region-specific competitive landscapes, search behaviour, and consumer expectations across these markets.

Services

10 questions

Our full service list covers 14 digital disciplines:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — technical, on-page, off-page, local, e-commerce
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) — Google Ads, Bing, Shopping, Performance Max
  • Social Media Marketing — all major platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC) — Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • Content Marketing — strategy, blogging, copywriting, distribution
  • Email Marketing — campaigns, sequences, automation, e-commerce flows
  • Web Development — WordPress, Shopify, custom React/Next.js builds
  • App Development — iOS, Android, React Native, PWA
  • Graphic Design — brand identity, logo, print, social, motion, packaging
  • Local Business Marketing, CRO, Analytics, Influencer, Video, ORM, Automation

Both. Our service pages list standard tiers as a pricing reference point, but the majority of client engagements are custom-scoped based on your specific goals, market, and budget. After our discovery call, we build a proposal tailored to your situation — not a template package with services you don't need.

Success metrics are set together at the start of every engagement and tied directly to business outcomes — not vanity numbers. Depending on the service:

  • SEO: organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads from organic
  • PPC / SEM: ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, revenue from paid
  • Social Media: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, conversions
  • Web / App: PageSpeed, conversion rate, bounce rate, load time
  • Email: open rate, click rate, revenue attributed

Every active retainer gets a monthly report tied to these KPIs — no black-box dashboards.

Yes. Every client has a named account lead who is the single point of contact for strategy, communication, and reporting. You'll never be passed around between departments or handed off to a junior team member after signing. The person who presents your proposal is the person running your account.

We guarantee the quality and consistency of our work — not specific outcomes, because performance depends on variables outside any agency's full control (market conditions, competition, seasonality, algorithm changes, your offer itself). Any agency that guarantees specific rankings or ROAS figures is making a promise they can't keep.

What we do commit to: clear KPIs agreed at kickoff, transparent monthly reporting against those KPIs, and an honest conversation if something isn't working as expected — along with a plan to fix it.

Yes — the majority of our clients are in the US, UK, and Australia, so managing across time zones is standard practice for us. We schedule calls at times that work for your timezone, use async communication tools (Slack, email, shared project boards) for day-to-day updates, and ensure nothing critical waits on a timezone gap.

We invest in the same enterprise-grade tools used by top agencies:

  • SEO: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Moz
  • Ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio
  • Design: Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma
  • Dev: WordPress, Shopify, React, Next.js, Vercel, Cloudflare
  • PM: Notion, Slack, Linear, Loom

Yes, and we do this regularly. We'll audit whatever was built or managed previously — accounts, campaigns, code, content — give you an honest assessment of what's worth keeping, what needs fixing, and what should be rebuilt. Takeover projects include a full audit phase before any active work begins.

Yes. We offer white-label SEO, content, PPC management, web development, and design services for agencies that want to expand their offering without expanding their team. All deliverables are unbranded and ready to present under your agency's name. Contact us for white-label partnership details.

We handle full content creation in-house — copywriting, blog articles, social posts, ad creative, email copy, video scripts, and design assets. You can supply your own content if you have a team, or we can work from your brand guidelines and existing materials. Most clients prefer us to handle content creation end-to-end.

SEO

7 questions

SEO compounds — meaningful traffic gains typically begin showing in months 3–4, with significant lifts at months 6–9. For competitive markets or sites with serious technical issues, the timeline extends. We share weekly progress indicators (rankings, indexation, traffic trends) from day one so momentum is visible well before the headline numbers move.

Quick wins like fixing critical technical issues, optimising existing pages, and claiming structured data can show measurable improvements within weeks. These are always prioritised in month one.

100% white-hat, always. We follow Google's Webmaster Guidelines on every project. No PBNs, no link farms, no cloaking, no keyword stuffing. Every link we build is editorial — earned through outreach, digital PR, and genuinely useful content. Every technical change is documented and follows best practice.

Shortcuts produce short-term spikes and long-term penalties. Our work is designed to hold up through every algorithm update — and compound over time.

No — and you should immediately distrust any agency that claims they can. Google explicitly states that no one can guarantee specific rankings. Rankings depend on competition, domain authority, content quality, technical health, and algorithm changes — variables no agency controls completely.

What we guarantee: expert execution on every lever within our control, transparent reporting on progress, and an honest conversation if targets need to be recalibrated based on real data.

Our SEO audits cover five layers:

  • Technical: crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema, canonicals, redirects, mobile usability
  • On-Page: keyword targeting, title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, content depth
  • Off-Page: backlink profile quality, toxic links, domain authority vs competitors
  • Content: gaps, cannibalisation, thin content, topical authority mapping
  • Competitor: keyword gap analysis, backlink gap, content comparison

The output is a prioritised action plan with impact and effort scores for each recommendation — not a 200-page PDF that collects dust.

Yes. Multi-location local SEO is a specific discipline we handle regularly — including per-location Google Business Profile management, location-specific landing pages, NAP consistency across all citations, local link building, and review acquisition systems. We've done this for service businesses operating across multiple US states and Australian cities.

Every SEO client receives a monthly report covering: keyword ranking movements (tracked weekly), organic traffic vs prior period and prior year, top-performing pages, backlinks acquired, technical issues resolved, and next month's priority actions. Reports are clear, visual, and tied to business KPIs — not just ranking tables.

We also provide a live Looker Studio dashboard for clients who want real-time visibility between monthly reports.

For meaningful SEO results in a competitive market, we recommend a minimum of $800–$1,000/month. Below that, the scope is too limited to cover technical fixes, content production, and link building simultaneously — and SEO requires all three working together. For highly competitive verticals (legal, finance, health, SaaS), budgets of $2,000–$5,000+/month are more realistic.

PPC & Paid Advertising

6 questions

No — ad spend is always separate from our management fee and billed directly by the platform (Google, Meta, etc.) to your own payment method. This protects you — you own the account and the data — and keeps our incentives aligned with performance rather than with marking up your budget.

We recommend a minimum of $2,500/month in ad spend for Google Ads or Meta to collect enough conversion data for meaningful optimisation. Below that threshold, the platform's machine learning doesn't have sufficient signals, and you're essentially paying to learn rather than to grow. For competitive verticals, $5,000–$10,000+/month is more realistic to compete effectively.

You do — always. We work inside accounts you own (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.) with manager-level access. Your campaigns, your audiences, your conversion history, and all accumulated learning data stay with you if you ever change agencies. We will never hold your advertising infrastructure hostage.

First clicks and conversions happen within 24–48 hours of launch. The first 2–4 weeks are the learning phase — platforms gather conversion data, we test creative, and we identify what's working. Real efficiency gains (lower CPA, higher ROAS) compound from week 4 onwards. Most accounts reach target ROAS by months 2–3.

Both. Our Growth and Scale plans include ad creative production (static banners, video ads, carousel assets) by our in-house design team, ongoing creative testing, and copy iteration. Creative is often the biggest lever in paid performance — we treat it as a core deliverable, not an afterthought.

We actively manage campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram), Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads. For most e-commerce clients, we focus on Google Shopping + Meta. For B2B clients, LinkedIn + Google Search tends to be the highest-ROI combination.

Social Media Marketing

6 questions

Post volume depends on your plan — Starter includes 12 posts/month across 2 platforms, Growth includes 24 posts plus short-form video across 4 platforms, and Scale covers daily publishing across all major platforms. We can also customise based on your specific needs and platform mix.

Full end-to-end creation — design, copywriting, video editing, and scheduling. You don't need to provide assets unless you want to. Every piece of content is reviewed and approved by you before it goes live. We can also work with your existing content library and brand assets if you prefer a hybrid approach.

Yes — community management is included in Growth and Scale plans. Our team is trained on your brand voice and tone, and handles comments, DMs, and mentions during business hours. For sales-qualified leads, sensitive complaints, or conversations requiring your input, we escalate immediately with full context so you can respond directly.

Every piece of content is submitted to you for approval before it's published — nothing goes live without your sign-off. We offer unlimited revisions per piece. In practice, most clients hit a 90–95% approval rate by month two as we dial in their voice — early revision rounds are a normal and expected part of the onboarding process.

Engagement improvements typically show within the first 30–60 days as content quality and posting consistency improve. Sustained follower growth compounds from month 3 onwards. We share weekly performance snapshots so you can see momentum building before the headline numbers move.

Organic social is a long-term channel — it rewards consistency over 6–12 months far more than short bursts of activity.

We manage all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts + long-form), Pinterest, X (Twitter), and Threads. Each platform has its own content strategy, format guidelines, and algorithm logic — we don't post the same content across all platforms. Everything is platform-native and tailored accordingly.

Web & App Development

8 questions

Typical timelines by project type:

  • Starter website (6 pages): 7–10 days
  • Business website (15 pages): 3–4 weeks
  • E-commerce / Shopify: 3–5 weeks
  • Enterprise custom build: 6–10 weeks
  • MVP app (one platform): 6–8 weeks
  • Cross-platform app (iOS + Android): 10–14 weeks

Timelines are locked at kickoff, not estimated. Delays on our side are communicated immediately — delays on the client side (feedback, approvals) extend the timeline proportionally.

Hosting is not included in project pricing — it's a separate recurring cost paid directly to your hosting provider. We recommend and set up Cloudways, Kinsta, or Vercel depending on your tech stack. Keeping hosting under your control means you're never locked into us if circumstances change.

Domain registration is also separate — we help you acquire it but it should be registered in your name, not ours.

Yes — always. Every build includes a post-launch walkthrough covering how to edit content, add blog posts, manage products, and update pages without needing a developer. WordPress and Shopify builds are specifically designed for non-technical owners to manage independently. If you want to make changes that go beyond the CMS, our maintenance retainer covers on-demand dev hours.

Yes, fully. We manage App Store Connect setup, app metadata, screenshots, privacy policy requirements, and the full review process for both Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple review typically takes 1–3 business days; Google Play is 24–48 hours. We've been through this process dozens of times and proactively address common rejection reasons before submission.

Yes — technical SEO is baked into every build as standard, not added on as an afterthought. This includes crawl-ready URL structure, clean HTML semantics, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, Core Web Vitals optimisation, and proper meta setup. Ongoing content SEO (blogging, keyword strategy, link building) is a separate retainer service that many clients add post-launch.

You do — full IP transfer on final payment. The complete source code, Figma design files, all project assets, and any custom configurations are delivered to you at launch. You own everything and can take it to any developer in the future. We don't use proprietary frameworks or undocumented systems that create dependency on us.

Yes — redesigns and platform migrations are a significant part of our workload. We handle WordPress-to-Shopify, Wix-to-WordPress, Squarespace-to-custom, and any other platform combination. Every migration includes an SEO-safe redirect strategy to protect your existing rankings during the transition.

Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window (30–90 days depending on tier) for bug fixes and small amendments. Beyond that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers covering plugin updates, security monitoring, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and on-demand dev hours for content and feature updates.

Graphic Design

5 questions

Unlimited. We don't count revision rounds or charge per change. We iterate until the design is exactly right. The detailed brand questionnaire and moodboard approval stage at the start keeps most projects on track — meaning revision rounds are fewer than you'd expect because we align on direction before any design begins.

Every design project includes the full set of source and export files: AI and EPS (vector, infinitely scalable), SVG (web-ready vector), high-resolution PNG with transparency, PDF (print-ready with CMYK and bleed where applicable), and Figma component files on Brand System and Premium plans. You'll never need to go back to us for a different file format.

Yes — full intellectual property transfer on final payment. You can use, modify, license, and commercialise the designs however you choose without any restriction. We don't retain rights to use your brand identity in our portfolio without your explicit permission.

Absolutely. Brand refreshes (modernising what already exists while retaining equity) are often more strategically appropriate than full rebrands — especially for established businesses with name recognition. We'll audit your current brand, assess what's working, what's outdated, and what equity is worth preserving, then recommend whether a refresh or full rebrand makes more sense before you commit.

Yes. Monthly social media graphic retainers are available both as a post-brand-project add-on and as a standalone service. We produce a set number of post designs, story frames, ad creatives, and Canva/Figma editable templates per month — all within your brand system. Contact us for current retainer pricing.

Billing & Contracts

6 questions

For one-time projects: 50% upfront to begin, 50% on delivery before final files are released. For projects over $8,000: three milestones — 40% at kickoff, 30% at design/concept approval, 30% at final delivery. For monthly retainers: billed in advance on the 1st of each month.

We recommend a minimum engagement period depending on the service — 6 months for SEO (because that's the timeframe needed to demonstrate compounding results), 3 months for PPC and social media — but contracts are month-to-month after the initial period. If we're not delivering measurable value, you shouldn't be locked in. We'd rather earn your continued business than hold you to a contract.

We accept bank transfers (USD, GBP, AUD), PayPal, Wise, and major credit/debit cards via Stripe. For US clients, ACH bank transfer is also available. All invoices are issued in USD by default — we can invoice in GBP or AUD for UK and Australian clients on request.

No. The initial 30-minute discovery call is free with no obligation. We'll review your goals, give you honest advice on what we'd prioritise, and tell you what a realistic engagement looks like — regardless of whether you decide to work with us. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

No. Every proposal includes a complete breakdown of what's covered and what isn't. The only things not included in a project quote are third-party costs that go directly to the platform — hosting, domain registration, ad spend, premium plugins or fonts, or third-party tool subscriptions. These are always itemised upfront so there are no surprises.

After the initial engagement period, retainers require 30 days written notice to cancel. Your service continues through the paid period and all deliverables, access, files, and accounts are transferred to you on the final day. There are no cancellation fees beyond the notice period.

Working With Us

4 questions

Our onboarding follows a consistent four-step structure regardless of service:

  • Discovery call (30 min): goals, current situation, competitive context
  • Audit / research (3–7 days): we review everything relevant before proposing anything
  • Proposal presentation: fixed scope, fixed price, clear timeline, defined KPIs
  • Kickoff: access setup, strategy brief, month-one deliverables confirmed

Most engagements move from first contact to active work within 7–10 business days.

Primary communication is via email for formal updates and approvals, and Slack for day-to-day questions and quick responses. We use shared project boards (Notion or Linear) for task tracking and roadmap visibility. Video calls are scheduled for strategy reviews, reporting presentations, and anything that benefits from real-time discussion rather than async text.

We don't require you to log into a client portal or learn a new tool — we adapt to whatever communication style works best for you.

Every active retainer receives a monthly report delivered in the first week of the following month. Reports are visual, readable, and tied to the KPIs agreed at kickoff — not pages of raw data. For clients who want more frequent visibility, we provide a live Looker Studio dashboard and weekly snapshot emails covering the key numbers.

For most projects, the essentials are: access to relevant accounts (Google Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, CMS login), your brand assets (logo, brand guidelines if you have them), and a clear picture of your goals and target audience. We walk you through a structured onboarding questionnaire that gathers everything systematically — you won't have to figure out what we need on your own.
