Delete your account

You can delete your Semora: Uni Life Assistant account and all of its data at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what happens to your data.

01Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way. Your account and its data are deleted straight away.

  1. Open Semora and go to the Me tab.
  2. Tap Account & data.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

02Can’t open the app? Ask by email

  1. Email contact@creaeza.com from the email address you use for Semora. If you sign in with Google, use that Google account’s address.
  2. Use the subject Delete my Semora account.
  3. We’ll check the request came from you, delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner), and email you when it’s done.

03What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, name and sign-in details.
  • Your whole semester: courses, timetable, attendance, topics, assignments, quizzes and exams, grades, notes, to-dos and settings.
  • Files you uploaded: materials, timetables, photos and Big Project attachments.
  • Your Big Project Requests, Premium and referral records, AI usage counts and notification tokens.
  • The copy on your phone, when you delete in the app. If you delete by email, uninstall Semora to remove it.

04What we keep, and for how long

Encrypted backups
Deleted data can remain in our database provider’s encrypted backups for up to 30 days, then it’s gone.
Emails with our team
Big Project and support emails stay in our inbox for up to 24 months. Ask at contact@creaeza.com and we’ll delete them too.
Server logs
Our providers keep basic security logs for a short time, up to 90 days.
Google Play purchases
Google keeps its own records of your purchases under Google’s policies.

05Before you delete

Cancel Premium in Google Play first. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. In the Play Store app, tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Semora → Cancel subscription.

Deleting is permanent, and we can’t restore a deleted account.

06Delete some data, keep your account

You can delete any course, assignment, note or file in the app; it disappears from all your devices, and uploaded files are removed from our storage right away. To have specific data erased from our servers without deleting your account, email contact@creaeza.com.
