01Who can use Hersign

You must be 18 or older. You’re responsible for keeping your phone, your app lock and your recovery phrase safe.

02What Hersign is, and isn’t

Hersign helps you notice patterns in your relationships. It turns what you log into scores and patterns, and gives you tools such as talk scripts, check-ins and a healing program.

It is not therapy, counselling, medical, psychological or legal advice, and it is not an emergency service. Scores and patterns are based only on what you log, and they can be incomplete or wrong. You make your own decisions.

03Using Hersign fairly

Don’t use Hersign to:

• monitor, track, harass, threaten or harm anyone
• enter anyone else’s phone number, social media handles, address or other contact details
• upload content you don’t have the right to share, or anything illegal
• break, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the app or its limits
• create accounts for someone else, or share your account

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, particularly to protect other people’s safety.

04Your content

What you put into Hersign stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some content is end-to-end encrypted and can’t be read or recovered by us. If you lose your phone and your recovery phrase, that content is gone.

05Partner Mode

If you invite a partner or accept an invitation, you each see only the shared space: couple game answers, shared date ideas, check-in results and shared dates. Only share what you’re comfortable with. Either of you can leave at any time, and leaving deletes the shared data.

06Premium, trials and one-time purchases

• Hersign Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), billed through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Free trial: if one is offered, you’re charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• One-time purchases, such as the 30-Day Healing Program, are listed in the app.
• Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
• We may change features or prices. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow Google Play’s rules and notice requirements.

The free plan has limits, such as one active connection. Premium has generous fair-use limits, so the service stays available for everyone.

07Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Me → Your data → Delete account, or without the app.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel that in Google Play. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and where possible we’ll tell you why.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep Hersign available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may add features (for example, AI features), update the app and change these terms. We’ll tell you about significant changes in the app before they take effect.

09Liability

Hersign is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We’re not liable for decisions you make based on what the app shows you, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10Law

These terms are governed by the laws of have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
