This page is for Hersign: Relationship Decoder, the Android app by Creaeza on Google Play. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.

Fastest

In the app

  1. Open Hersign and unlock it.
  2. Go to Me → Your data.
  3. Optional: tap Export my data first to keep a copy.
  4. Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

No app needed

By email

If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, email contact@creaeza.com from the email address you use for Hersign, with the subject “Delete my Hersign account”.

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We’ll delete the account within 7 days and email you when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Everything linked to your account, including:

  • your profile, connections, logs and scores
  • your journal, unsent letters, reflections, standards, check-ins, quiz results and healing progress
  • encrypted screenshots and files
  • Partner Mode: the link ends and all shared data (couple game answers, shared ideas, check-ins and shared dates) is deleted. Your partner keeps their own separate account.

What isn’t deleted automatically

Your subscription. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel billing. Cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

  • Purchase records that Google Play and RevenueCat must keep for tax and accounting follow their own retention rules.
  • Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can’t identify you.
