This page explains how to permanently delete your Gati account — the Android app published by Rohan Ahmad (package com.gati.app) — and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
You may not need an account at all. Gati works fully without one, storing everything on your phone. If you never signed in, we hold no data about you — simply uninstalling the app removes everything.
The fastest route. Takes a few seconds and is immediate.
If you have lost access to the app or your device, email us from the address on your Gati account so we can verify the request. Include the word “delete” in the subject.
We respond within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
Deletion is immediate and applies to live systems at once. Encrypted backups are rotated out within 30 days, after which no copy remains.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your Gati account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription, and you will continue to be billed. Cancel it in the Play Store → Subscriptions, then delete your account.
This cannot be undone. There is no recovery window and no way for us to restore the data afterwards. If you want a copy, use Profile → Export your data before deleting.
Uninstalling Gati removes everything stored on your phone, but it does not delete an account you created. To remove data from our servers, use one of the two options above.
