These Terms govern your use of Tiny Orbit: ADHD Focus Planner (the “App”), a mobile application published by Creaeza (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.What Tiny Orbit is

Tiny Orbit is a productivity and wellbeing planner designed around the way ADHD brains work. It provides task capture and prioritisation, daily routines, a focus timer, morning check-ins, a CBT-informed exercise toolkit, progress analytics and optional AI-assisted features.

2.Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need your parent or guardian’s permission.
• You may use the App without an account. Creating one (by email or Google Sign-In) enables cloud backup and syncing across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone else.

3.Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Core planning features are free. Tiny Orbit Pro unlocks AI task breakdown, the AI ADHD Coach, unlimited routines, the full CBT toolkit, body doubling, advanced analytics and voice capture.

Free trial

Eligible new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the plan price is charged. The exact price, currency and trial length shown inside the App at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply to you — prices vary by country and are set in your local currency by Google Play.

Payment and renewal

• All purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your Google Account is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), or from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription in the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy, not by us. Where the law where you live gives you additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights are unaffected by these Terms.

4.AI features

Some Pro features send text you enter, or audio you record, to OpenAI for processing so the App can return task breakdowns, coaching replies or transcriptions. Please note:

• AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Use judgement before acting on it.
• The AI Coach is not a therapist, counsellor or clinician, and no human reviews your conversations.
• Do not enter information you would not want processed by a third-party service, including sensitive health details, financial data or other people’s personal information.
• Voice recordings are sent for transcription and are not retained by us after processing.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for anything unlawful, or to harass, harm or impersonate anyone.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, keys or credentials from the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security, billing or access controls, including attempting to obtain Pro features without paying.
• Use automated means to access the service, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure or on the AI features.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the App or any part of it.

6.Your content and your data

Your tasks, routines, notes, check-ins and other entries remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up, sync and display that content so the App can work for you.

How we collect, use and protect personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App, or by using the form at creaeza.com/tiny-orbit-delete-account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in Google Play.

8.Our intellectual property

The App, its name, logo, design, written content and software are owned by Creaeza and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control.

9.Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and we may add, modify or discontinue functionality. If we discontinue a paid feature in a way that materially reduces what you bought, you may cancel and seek a pro-rata refund through Google Play.

10.Disclaimers

Except where the law says otherwise, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will improve your focus, productivity or wellbeing, or that its content is accurate or complete.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creaeza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost opportunities, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12.Suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, or where required by law. If we terminate your access without cause while you hold a paid subscription, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.

13.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves or the law changes. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. For material changes we will give reasonable notice in the App or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.

15.General

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
• Google is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App, though it may enforce them as a third-party beneficiary where its own policies require.
